Invision Coaching and Small Business Wisdom

Invision Coaching really began years before Tom knew it.  For many years, Tom would have friends and customers ask for advice on business, projects or personal issues.  In the corporate world for nearly twenty years, Tom was a successful in sales and sales management, but solving problems and training others gave him the most fulfillment.  At one point a friend called him coach and suggested that his wisdom and experiences could be very helpful to others on a much larger scale. That led Tom to get several certifications and begin coaching professionally.

What is coaching- In coaching, we acknowledge that you are the expert in your life and business and it is our job to help you be more successful by leading you to closely consider things, view them from different perspectives, set short/long term goals and hold you accountable to those goals.  We would meet in person or via phone two to four times per month.  Coaching is a longer term relationship with a minimum of 3 months to see solid results.  Click this link to see what Thomas J Leonard (considered to be the father of coaching as we know it) says about coaching. 

What is consulting- In consulting, we are the experts and we either tell you how to do things or we actually do them for you. This can be particularly appealing in a small business setting or a new business start up. This is done on an hourly basis. 

The Passion Test- The Effortless Path to Discovering Your Life Purpose is a NY Times bestselling book by Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwod.  This simple process will help you clarify what is most important to you and help you attract more of it into your life.  We are Certified Passion Test Facilitators and we would love to help you find your life purpose via one on one sessions (face to face or telephone) or in a group seminar setting.  My wife and son are also certified.
